Lifetime membership is submitted on the Paper Membership Form.

Lifetime Fees are separated by State and National. There are 2 different fees and therefore the following tables need to be scrutinized carefully. It would be best to sign up for both State and National in order to alleviate from still having to write a check out for either the State or the National once a year.
